Bacon Spinach Artichoke Pizza

3/4 cup 2% reduced-fat milk
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 (12 inch) prepared whole wheat pizza crust (such as Boboli®)
1 cup baby spinach
1 cup shredded reduced-fat mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup diced cooked chicken
1/2 cup artichoke hearts, drained
1/2 cup crumbled reduced-fat feta cheese
2 strips cooked bacon, crumbled
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic; cook and stir until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Sprinkle in flour and black pepper; cook, whisking constantly, for 1 minute. Pour in milk; whisk constantly until sauce thickens, about 3 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in Parmesan cheese.
