Balsamic Chicken Thighs with Bell Peppers

  • 8 bone-in chicken thighs
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 green bell peppers, sliced into strips
  • 4 cloves garlic, coarsely chopped
  • 1 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1/2 cup chopped scallions

Instructions :

  • Pat chicken thighs dry with a paper towel and coat with salt and pepper.
